來自孟買的 Ayushi，於都市喧囂中聽見內心呼喚，踏上瑜伽之路。她累積超過 700 小時瑜伽教師培訓，深入瑞詩凱詩鑽研哲學與聲音療癒，成為專業音療師。她以誠懇謙卑之心，帶領上百位學生透過瑜伽、冥想與聲音振動，重新連結身心、找回內在寧靜，在 Jeevatman Yogshala 分享真實的生命旅程。Ayushi, from Mumbai, heard an inner calling amid the noise of city life and set out on the path of yoga. She has completed over 700 hours of yoga teacher training and deeply studied philosophy and sound healing in Rishikesh to become a professional sound healer. With sincerity and humility, she has guided hundreds of students to reconnect body and mind through yoga, meditation, and sound vibration — sharing her authentic life journey at Jeevatman Yogshala.

這個旅遊行程是我發起的。今年初我去了印度 Rishikesh 體驗不同的頌缽課程，感到非常震驚，也大大提升了我的靈性體驗。I started this trip myself. Earlier this year I went to Rishikesh, India for a different kind of singing bowl course, and it was truly eye-opening — it elevated my spiritual experience enormously.
我也想將這個體驗帶給大家，於是和途境旅行社合作，讓大家一起用最短的時間到印度，直接體驗我篩選過後的老師跟行程，一起回到覺察自我。I wanted to bring that experience to everyone, so I partnered with Tu Jing Travel to get us to India in the shortest time possible — experiencing the teachers and itinerary I've personally vetted, and returning together to our own awareness.
