Memo Calender ("the app") is a simple calendar and memo app. This page explains what information the app collects, why, and how it's used.
Calendar sharing is optional and off by default. If you create or join a shared calendar, your notes and your name are synced to a shared, password-free space identified by an invite code, and are visible to anyone who has that code. You can leave a shared calendar at any time from within the app, which stops further syncing.
If you subscribe to Memo Pro, the purchase is processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to check your subscription status; RevenueCat receives an anonymous, device-generated identifier and your purchase receipt — no payment details ever reach us directly.
Free (non-subscribed) use of the app shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and use them to show relevant ads, subject to Google's own privacy policy. Subscribing to Memo Pro removes ads entirely.
If you set a reminder on an event, it's scheduled as a local notification directly on your device using Apple's notification system. This never touches our servers.
You can delete individual notes or your whole calendar at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored locally on your device. If you've used calendar sharing, contact us (below) to request deletion of your shared data from our server.
Memo Calender is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
